RaceUwin Promotion Terms and Conditions

General Rules and Conditions: The following General Rules and Conditions apply to RaceUwin, it's members, and all interactions related to RaceUwin:

1. Show Wagers - RaceUwin does not pay rewards, bonuses or promotions on Show wagers or any wager combination including Show Wagers.
2. Members who cause a Negative Pool charge by wagering into Races causing Negative Pools will be charged the cost of the Negative Pool charge as billed to RaceUwin by the Host Track.
3. Members must have no more than 25% of their cumulative portoflio of wagering in the Show Wager Type - otherwise, the account is at risk for suspension or permanent closure. 
4. No rewards or promotion specials will be credited to member accounts when the Member uses "Customer Loyalty" monies given as Free Cash to the Member. The Member is free to keep all winnings from such Credits but does not qualify for rewards or promotional specials derived from wagering related to the "Free Cash" given in good faith by RaceUwin to the Member.
5. Credits given to the Member in the form of rewards, customer appreciation or loyatly, promotions or specials may not be withdrawn and may only be used toward wagering at RaceUwin within 30 days of awarding the credit. Any unused credit after the 30 day period will be voided.
6. Internet/Tote/Technology Problems - If for any reason, an entry into or a race or the race itself race is unable to start and/or complete, RaceUwin is not legally responsible for any financial impact to the Member. refunds and or settlements will be conducted according to the rules and regulations of the track on which the wager as placed. If the internet portion of RaceUwin is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of RaceUwin.com, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the site, RaceUwin.com and its affiliates/agents are not to be held accountable or responsible for any impact this may or may not have on the Member's interaction with RaceUwin.com.
7. Fraud or Manipulation of Wagers or Promotions in an attempt to Defraud RaceUwin, Influence Races or Promotions: RaceUwin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the account of the Member, when in the sole judgment of RaceUwin.com, any individual violates the Terms and Conditions referenced on the RaceUwin website. RaceUwin, and its affiliates/agents assume no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of RaceUwin wesbite, promotions, or wagering interfaces. None of the Released Parties are in any way responsible or liable for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by RaceUwin.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any associated Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading of any materials from RaceUwin, its affiliates or agents.

Player Rewards: RaceUwin offers cash reward promotions on wagers placed though our website or phone wagers.

1. By becoming a RaceUwin member, the Member has accepted all terms and conditions of RaceUwin. 
2. In order to be eligible for the cash rewards promotion, a member must be in Good Standing with RaceUwin with no previous NSF checks, NSF bank drafts, Chargebacks or Unpaid Balances with RaceUwin.

5. The New Member must be a RaceUwin Member in good standing with an open and active account. Active status means that the user’s identity and age have been authenticated, that they have made a deposit to their wagering account at this website, and that no deposits have been returned as uncollected.
6. All Player Cash Rewards and Promotions are made in the form of credits to the Member’s wagering account at this website. Credits may only be used for wagering and may not be used for any other purpose. 
7. Promotion credits will be credited to the Current Member’s wagering account within three business days after the wager is placed and confirmed, and after the race is completed. However, we endeavor to credit your account by the end of the next business day after the wager is placed and verified.
8. No player rewards are paid for wagers that are cancelled by the Player or voided by the Tote system.
9. No player rewards are paid on scratchs or cancellations of races regardless of reason.
10. To be eligible for any promotion, the Member agrees to and accepts all terms and conditions of the Promotional program.
11. RaceUwin reserves the right to deny eligibility of this promotion to any member who we deem is trying to usurp these rules, terms or conditions. 
12. RaceUwin may at its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.  We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers.
13. RaceUwin reserves the right to deny any Member access to the RaceUwin website and may cancel memberships at their sole discretion.
14. This website reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to exclude any Current Member from a promotion and from this website if it believes you have tried to benefit from the promotion by using more than one username or are otherwise engaged in fraudulent or other activities that indicate that sign-up, referrals or bets are not made in good faith but for the purpose of abusing the terms and/or spirit of the Promotional Plans. In such instance, Current Members shall not be entitled to participate in promotions and this website shall not be obliged to provide a reason to you for such exclusion.
15. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, RaceUwin reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition, RaceUwin reserves the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs.
16. This website may at any time suspend or void any Promotional Plan for any reason that, in its absolute discretion, thinks appropriate and any liability from this website to a Current Member shall immediately cease upon a Current Member being informed of this action, or if this action is posted on this website. In respect of any dispute, howsoever arising, this website’s decision will be final.
17. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.

Refer a Friend (RAF):   Is designed to reward RaceUwin Members for referring other friends who join our website as members of RaceUwin.   In order to qualify for the Refer a Friend promotion, the following requirements must be met.  (The term “Referrer” is the RaceUwin Member who refers RaceUwin to another person.  The “Friend” is the person who has been referred by the RaceUwin Member.)

1. By becoming a RaceUwin member, the Referrer has accepted all terms and conditions of RaceUwin. 
2. Members must use the Refer a Friend sign-up process at https://www.raceuwin.com/referafriend.php in order to qualify for the RAF Promotion
• No RAF Plan reward payments will be made if the Referrer does not first submit their registration to this website at the personal “Refer a Friend” page.
• Members may not notify RaceUwin in any other fashion of a RAF referral if they desire to qualify for the RAF promotion
• Members who join RaceUwin may not claim referrals prior to their date of joining RaceUwin
• No prior RaceUwin members are eligible to be referred as friends
3. RaceUwin Members eligibility requirements for a reward:
• You (The Referring Member) must wager $250 within the first 14 days of joining RaceUwin.com
• The Friend must join RaceUwin and wager $250 within the first fourteen days of joining the program.
• You (The Referring Member) must register your friend through the RaceUwin.com referral page at this website
• The Friend’s age and identity are authenticated
• The Friend makes a deposit to their wagering account at this website
• The Friend makes at least $250 in racing wagers within their first 14 days of joining this website
• You nor the Friend has no deposits which have been returned as uncollected.
• The Referrer reward may only be used for wagering at the RaceUwin.com website and may not be used for any other reason.

4. A Referrer cannot refer themselves, their family or household members to join as a Referred User - this applies to any new accounts you may set up for yourself or on your behalf.
• All Customer Promotional and Refer a Friend offers are limited to one:  person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, SSN, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc), shared computer or IP Address.

5. Should a Referrer desire to qualify for a referral of a Family Member not living within the same household or address, the Referrer must maintain an average weekly wagering level of $250 per week in order to be eligible for the Refer a Friend promotion of that Family Member - with a minimum of $500 wagered prior to being eligible for the reward.
6. The Friend must not currently or in the past have been a RaceUwin Member.
7. The Referrer must be a registered RaceUwin Member in good standing with an open and active account.  Active status means that the user’s identity and age have been authenticated, that they have made a deposit to their wagering account at this website, and that no deposits have been returned as uncollected.

11. All RAF Plan rewards are made in the form of credits to the Current Member’s wagering account at this website. RAF Plan rewards will be credited to the Current Member’s wagering account at this website within the first five days of each month based on the amount of wagers made by the qualified Referred Users for the first 14 days after the Referred User opens an account.
12. There is no limit to the number of friends a Current Member can refer. All Referred Users must be people the Current Member actually knows, spamming or other mass marketing of the Refer-A-Friend program at this website will not be tolerated and will result in the Current Member’s disqualification from the RAF Plan, will result in no payment being made to the Current Member under the RAF Plan, and may result in the closure of the Current member’s wagering account at this website.
13. By agreeing to participate in the RAF Plan, the Current Member (Referrer) and the Referred User (Friend) agree to data regarding the Referred User’s level of wagering at this website being disclosed to the Current Member as we deem appropriate, for the purpose of the RAF Plan only. Current Members must notify any Referred Friends that data may be shared in this way before referral.
