Honoring Online Horse Betting Competitor Promotions:  We honor any new member sign-up promotion advertised by our competitors.

1. By becoming a RaceUwin member, the Referrer has accepted all terms and conditions of Raceuwin. 
2. No two promotions may be used at the same time.
3. Only one promotion is allowed during the first fourteen days after enrollment in RaceUwin.
4. All Customer Promotional offers are limited to one:  person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, SSN, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc), shared computer or IP Address.
5. New RaceUwin Members must notify RaceUwin via email of any competitor new member sign-up promotion on the same day that the member joins RaceUwin in order to be eligible for the competitor promotional match.
6. All Competitor promotions must be verified by RaceUwin staff and published on the competitor’s website before approval of the promotion by RaceUwin.
7. The Competitor Promotion must be current – and available to customers – on the same day that the customer joins RaceUwin.
8. The Competitor promotional match only includes promotions related to joining an online horse wagering (ADW) website and does not include rewards of any kind related to wagering as part of on-going activities beyond the point of sign-up.
9. RaceUwin will not match any international or Non-US based online wagering company sign-up promotion.
10. The New Member must be a RaceUwin Member in good standing with an open and active account. Active status means that the user’s identity and age have been authenticated, that they have made a deposit to their wagering account at this website, and that no deposits have been returned as uncollected.
11. All Promotions are made in the form of credits to the Member’s wagering account at this website.  Credits may only be used for wagering and may not be used for any other purpose. 
12. Promotion credits will be credited to the Current Member’s wagering account at this website within five days of receiving the email request from the Member and after being verified by RaceUwin staff.
13. To be eligible for any promotion, the Member agrees to and accepts all terms and conditions of the Promotional program.
14. RaceUwin reserves the right to deny eligibility of this promotion to any member who we deem is trying to usurp these rules, terms or conditions. 
15. RaceUwin may at its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.  We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers.
16. RaceUwin reserves the right to deny any Member access to the RaceUwin website and may cancel memberships at their sole discretion.
17. This website reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to exclude any Current Member from a promotion and from this website if it believes you have tried to benefit from the promotion by using more than one username or are otherwise engaged in fraudulent or other activities that indicate that sign-up, referrals or bets are not made in good faith but for the purpose of abusing the terms and/or spirit of the Promotional Plans. In such instance, Current Members shall not be entitled to participate in promotions and this website shall not be obliged to provide a reason to you for such exclusion.
18. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, RaceUwin reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition, RaceUwin reserves the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs.
19. This website may at any time suspend or void the Promotional Plan for any reason that, in its absolute discretion, thinks appropriate and any liability from this website to a Current Member shall immediately cease upon a Current Member being informed of this action, or if this action is posted on this website. In respect of any dispute, howsoever arising, this website’s decision will be final.
20. A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
21. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
